8 week strength & HIIT program led by Annaliese
Learn how to squat, press and dead lift safely and stay lean using a combination of of strength and high intensity cardio during our bootcamp sessions. Anna keeps our girls on their toes by mixing things up each week while perfecting the basics.
Anna utilises progressive overload principles to ensure you see progress in both your strength and fitness over the 8 weeks while making training fun.
