G-Six Chicks

An 8 week boxing program designed by ladies, for ladies!

Run by women, for women. G-Six Chicks is a progressive 8 week program designed to teach the basics and fundamentals of boxing, while you increase your fitness, boxing skills and most importantly - give you confidence in a pair of gloves!

Coached by Annaliese and Ali, join a group of 20 committed ladies on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, wrapped and ready to learn good, fundamental boxing from two female boxers. Footwork, head, arm and trunk defence and proper technique in punch combinations will give you everything you need to begin and continually grow as a boxer.

Phase 1 camp

Starts 28 September

Our Phase 1 camp is for ladies who are new to boxing, with no previous experience. These sessions will give you all the building blocks you need to grow your boxing skill and confidence.

Phase 2 camp

Starts 21 September

Our Phase 2 camp is for ladies who have already completed a G-Six Chicks training camp. These sessions will have more advanced drills and build on everything you've learned from Phase 1!

$55 per week
Includes free open mat membership, which gives you access to our fully equipped weights and cardio gym during any opening hours

Important info

Due to current COVID-19 restrictions and health concerns, you must have your own wraps and gloves.

We recommend either 12oz or 14oz gloves.
