Ladies only strength & conditioning

Starting in May Anna will be running a ladies only strength and conditioning program, a phase of our G-Six Chicks program. G-Six Strong will focus on 3 x total body strength sessions per week with challenging conditioning finishers that will have you sweating bullets and feeling accomplished.
Your membership ALSO INCLUDES an unlimited membership for the G-Six Kincumber timetable which includes over 35 classes per week and an open mat membership providing you with 24/7 access to G-Six Kincumber for any extras you’d like to do (valued at $45 per week).
You get all of the above, for the cost of 1 PT session 🙌
This program will run on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursday evenings at 6.30pm for 8 weeks only with progressive programming to help to increase strength and overall fitness. Great for anyone who’s feeling a little bit lost in the gym and wants to build up their confidence as well as make physical improvements!
This program is open to 12 ladies only. We are keeping numbers small so that the classes aren’t chaotic, we won’t be short for equipment and so that you get extra individual attention.
We re-configured the weights & cardio side of the gym specifically for this program, so that we could provide you ladies with your very own training space and we can’t wait to see you in here using it!
